”Every second counts” is a personal and professional mantra for Ben that keeps his focus on building business and continuously learning. Early in life, he developed a passion for healthcare beginning in roles as a student that centered on health, fitness, and business development. His path has included successful endeavors in technology, pharmaceuticals, and advertising.
Returning to healthcare many years ago, Ben has focused on Dialysis and Health Equity exclusively. To build business in this healthcare niche, he and his teams listen first, then collaborate to generate win-wins across the care continuum. Working backwards from healthcare equity and forward to partner success, he demonstrates an understanding of the chaotic, often compartmentalized healthcare system as well as how to translate the language of each entity into a shared success. In recent years, he has launched B2B partnerships in 25 US states, payor agreements, collaborations with manufacturers, and hospital discharge initiatives. Ben was also able to codify process with sales-achieving industry-leading referral conversion rates while simultaneously driving B2B utilization and unit economics.
Joining Rendevor Dialysis as Vice President of Business Development, Ben is integral in building a best-in-class B2B provider where our customers are our business and our patients are our passion. Ben enjoys multi-sport endurance training which ensures he can always give his best energy to the task at hand. He resides in Texas with his wife; when they’re not working on the land, they can often be found at a destination race, immersed in a museum somewhere or exploring ancient cities.
